WHO I WORK WITH

You know something needs to change. You just can't see what.

You've done everything right. And it's still not working.

Everything feels urgent. Nothing feels manageable. You can't find the off switch.

You keep showing up for everyone else — and no one notices when you disappear.

You gave everything to the job, the relationship, the role — and there's nothing left for you.

THE METHOD

This is a method, not a hack.

Identity-level change follows a sequence. Skip the early layers and the later ones collapse under pressure.

Most programs give you rules. Some give you accountability. A few give you community. What almost none of them do is figure out why your specific habits keep breaking down under your specific conditions — and build a system that accounts for that.

That's what this does.

The approach is built on a single premise: all behavior makes sense when you understand what problem it's solving. The nighttime eating, the skipped workouts, the all-or-nothing spiral — each of those behaviors is your brain offering a solution to something real. When we identify what the problem actually is, we can solve it intentionally, proactively, with tools that don't require willpower or perfect conditions.

That's why clients who've tried everything — including therapy — find that this produces something different. Not because the other things didn't matter, but because this addresses the part they couldn't reach on their own.

What you won't find here: * Meal plans or food rules * Punishing workouts or "clean eating" * More information about what you should be doing * Shame, pressure, or manufactured urgency

What you will find: * A real explanation for why your habits keep breaking down * A personalized system built for your actual life, not an ideal one * Results that work in the messy weeks, not just the good ones * A woman who trusts herself around food and her health — and keeps that trust when things get hard

MY STORY

I’m standing in my dining room, staring out through our plantation shutters at the quiet street outside. It’s the middle of the afternoon, and I’m still in my workout clothes, even though my workout ended hours ago. My legs ache from this morning’s run, and my arms are sore from the strength training session that followed. But right now, the only thing I feel is the sharp pang of shame.

The empty wrappers on the counter glare at me. Chocolate again. I don’t know how I got here, but it’s happening almost daily now—this cycle of overeating and regret. I should know better. I *do* know better. I’m a certified nutritionist and personal trainer, for crying out loud. I spend my days teaching other people how to live healthy, balanced lives, but if they could see me now, what would they think? I feel like a fraud.

And yet, no matter how hard I try, it feels like I can’t win. I’m running an hour every day, lifting weights, meticulously logging every bite of food. I spend so much on supplements—carb blockers, metabolism boosters, amino acids—hoping one of them will be the magic fix. But it’s not working. My body doesn’t reflect the sheer amount of effort I’m putting in. I’m exhausted, frustrated, and overwhelmed.

To make things worse, I’ve been dealing with an injury—probably a stress fracture from overtraining. I’m terrified to take time off, worried I’ll gain weight if I stop. But deep down, I know the truth: I can’t keep doing this. It’s not sustainable. I either have to accept my body as it is, or find a new way forward.

That’s when I made the choice to hire a coach. For the first time, I started focusing on listening to my body instead of fighting it. My coach taught me how to use a hunger scale to assess where I was before, during, and after meals. No more letting myself get ravenously hungry or uncomfortably full. I learned to trust the signals my body was sending me—to eat in a way that reduced cravings, stabilized my energy, and improved my sleep.

At first, it was terrifying. I had been following other people’s rules for so long—counting calories, tracking macros, adhering to rigid meal plans. Trusting my own body felt completely foreign. And yes, I made mistakes. But slowly, small victories began to emerge. My hunger became more predictable. My energy evened out. For the first time in years, I wasn’t constantly sore or exhausted.

Then something incredible happened. The body I had spent years fighting to achieve finally became my reality—not because I forced it into submission, but because I became its ally. By learning to understand and care for my body, she gave me what I had always wanted.

Today, my habits don’t come from a place of obligation or punishment. I move and eat the way I do because I love my body. She’s the only one I have. And while my genetics may not be my fault, it’s my responsibility to care for her the best I can.

I no longer define myself by my body, but I’m amazed by what she has allowed me to do: hiking a mountain in Tahiti, zip-lining in the Puerto Rican rainforest, running marathons, competing in bodybuilding shows, playing roller derby, and more.

Every day, I feel gratitude for what my body can do. She is my ride or die, and I wouldn’t trade her for anything.
