I work with people who feel disconnected from themselves, unsure of what they want next, or tired of living from old stories, roles, expectations, fear, and conditioning that no longer fit who they are becoming.

Identity-level change follows a sequence. Skip the early layers and the later ones collapse under pressure.

I begin with awareness, using your IGNITE Her Human Design as a lens to understand how you naturally operate and where conditioning may be showing up through your challenges and open centers. From there, we move into the deeper transformational work of Rewrite, Rewire, Retrain, working across story, identity, subconscious material, emotional charge, nervous-system responses, and the behaviors built around them. Human Design helps us recognize what may be happening. Rewrite, Rewire, Retrain gives us a structured way to work with what that awareness reveals so change can be understood, felt, practiced, and lived.

My work grew out of my own experience with chronic illness, healing, and the identity shifts that came with years of living in survival mode. Illness forced me to question what I believed, who I had become, what I was carrying, and what was actually mine. I learned that understanding a pattern intellectually was not always enough. Deeper change required looking at identity, subconscious beliefs, emotional charge, nervous-system responses, conditioning, and the behaviors built around them. That experience shaped the way I guide now, helping people recognize what is underneath the surface and work with the deeper layers influencing how they see themselves and live their lives.

You begin to catch yourself sooner, question what once ran automatically, and make choices from a place that feels more grounded and more like you. Old stories and conditioned responses lose some of their authority, and self-trust becomes easier to access in real time. You are not simply understanding yourself differently. You are beginning to live differently.
