NEXT LEVEL HUMAN® COACH IN TRAINING

You've already done the work. You still feel stuck. That's not a willpower problem — it's an architecture problem.

Most coaching works at the behavior layer. Most therapy works at the symptom layer. What governs both is the identity layer — the subconscious operating system that decides what's safe, what's "you," and what gets quietly rejected no matter what you consciously want. That's where I work.

WHAT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING

The performance is working. That's the problem.

You've done more inner work than most people you know. You still can't explain why the same patterns keep reassembling in new forms.

You can name exactly what you should be doing and find yourself not doing it. The gap between knowing and acting has stopped making sense.

The version of you that shows up for everyone else is competent, warm, together. The version of you that sees yourself honestly when it's quiet is none of those things.

You've tried therapy, retreats, books, coaches, programs, protocols. Each one produces a window of change that collapses back to the same baseline.

You don't want to blow up your life. You want to feel like the life you've built is actually yours to live in.

WHY THE USUAL FIXES DON'T HOLD

You've already tried the obvious things. Here's why they didn't hold.

The first usual fix — and the structural reason it can't reach the actual layer.

The second usual fix — and what it leaves untouched.

The third usual fix — and where it stalls.

The fourth usual fix — and the pattern it can't reorganize.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

How I came to this

I came to this work through watching people do everything right and get the same wrong outcomes. They changed the diet. They left the relationship. They took the better job. They did the therapy. The specific symptom would shift for a while. The underlying pattern would reassemble in a new form, in a new domain, within months. At some point the exceptions stopped being exceptions. I stopped being interested in helping people manage symptoms and started being interested in what was generating them across every area of their lives simultaneously.

HOW THE WORK MOVES

Three layers, in order. Skipping one is why most approaches stall.

The work moves through three layers in a specific order. Not because the other sequences don't produce results. Because of how the architecture of change actually works. You cannot retrain a nervous system that's still running an old story. You cannot rewrite a story you haven't located. And neither update holds without the embodied repetition that writes it into biology. Skip a layer and the whole structure collapses back to baseline under pressure. Every time.

STEP 01

Rewrite — Locate the story you're actually living inside.

Target: Identity / MUD (the subconscious story)

Most people can describe their conscious beliefs in detail and completely miss the story their behavior is actually organized around. The conscious beliefs aren't the problem. The MUD is — Misguided Unconscious Decisions formed early, before you had the context to evaluate them, that your entire operating system is still optimizing for decades later. The Rewrite step is archaeological. We locate the specific subconscious sentence driving the pattern, trace it across the domains of your life, and use memory reconsolidation to rewrite it at the encoding level. When the story updates, the behaviors downstream reorganize on their own. They have to. They were always just performing what the story required.

Locate the operating sentence

Name the Misguided Unconscious Decision precisely

Draft the replacement language — integration, not erasure

You can't change a story you haven't said out loud.

STEP 02

Target: Emotional charge / Gate layer (the climate, not the storm)

A story without its emotional charge is just a sentence. A story with its emotional charge is an identity. The Rewire step releases that charge — what I call the REBAR, the remembered emotional-and-behavioral reinforcement that hardens the subconscious decision into rigid identity structure. And it works at a specific layer: what NLH calls the Gate. The Gate is where emotions are composed, not just where they're performed. Your nervous system performs the composition. It didn't write it. Most somatic work targets the performance. We work upstream — where the composition lives — so the climate shifts, not just the weather.

Locate where the charge actually lives

Release the climate that keeps the MUD rigid

Compose at the Gate, not at the surface

Emotions are weather. Emotional tone is climate. We work the climate.

STEP 03

Target: Nervous system + biology + behavior (NAL — Neuro, Adrenal, Lymphatic)

Identity shifts without embodied practice collapse under real-world pressure. Every time. The nervous system, hormonal response, immune function, and behavioral patterns — what NLH calls the NAL layers, Neuro, Adrenal, Lymphatic — follow identity, but only when the new identity gets practiced into them through consistent lived repetition. The Retrain step builds the specific, daily architecture — sleep, movement, attention, relational pattern — that lets the new configuration become the body's default instead of its effort. This is where most programs start. It's the last step, not the first. Retrain on top of an old identity is willpower. Retrain on top of a genuinely updated identity is just practice.

Encode through lived repetition

Let nervous system, hormones, and behavior reorganize around the new identity

Build the architecture that makes the pattern the default

Biology follows identity. Build the repetitions that let it.

THE SEQUENCE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

WHAT A SESSION ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

What a session looks like.

01 Open the container. Group work starts with settling the whole field — briefly, but intentionally. What you bring in, everyone works with.

02 Teaching moves in group. Private work moves in individual sessions (hybrid) or in breakouts (group). The group space isn't for everyone's private material — it's for the shared learning and witnessed practice that group uniquely provides.

03 Witnessed reflection. Group members reflect what they've seen without advising or fixing. This is the mechanism group work uses that individual work can't — you experience being seen accurately by multiple people simultaneously.

04 Integration with relational practice. Weekly work includes something you practice in your actual relationships between sessions — the group is a rehearsal space, the real laboratory is your life.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

If three of these land, you're in the right place.

You're functioning at a high level externally and eroding internally in a way no one around you can see. You've gotten expert at the performance. The expertise has become part of the problem.

You've done meaningful inner work before — therapy, plant medicine, retreats, coaching — and it left you with a ceiling you can feel but can't get past. The first layer of work gave you language. The language hasn't produced leverage.

You're not in acute crisis. You're in the slow-burn version, which is harder to justify taking seriously. You don't get sympathy for this one. You have to decide on your own that it matters.

You suspect the next layer isn't more insight. It's something more structural. You don't quite know what structural means yet — but you know insight isn't it.

You want someone who will hold real ground with you. Not validate everything. Not rescue you out of the hard part. Not perform understanding when actual work is what's needed.

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF

You need a clinical therapist. This isn't therapy. If you're in acute crisis, processing unintegrated trauma, or navigating untreated mental health conditions, you need therapy first, and I'll help you find the right referral.

You want quick wins, hacks, or productivity optimization layered on top of the existing pattern. That's not the work here. I'd be lying if I pretended it was.

You want to be told what to do. This is collaborative. I'll push back when I think you're avoiding the actual edge. I'll expect you to push back when I'm wrong. If you want a compliance relationship, this isn't it.

You're here to prove that nothing will work for you. The work requires a minimum of good faith. If that's not present yet, come back when it is — no judgment either way.

WHAT YOU'RE PROBABLY WONDERING

Before you decide, here's what usually comes up.

I've already done so much therapy. What's actually different here?

Therapy is insight-oriented and clinically scoped. This work is identity-oriented and structurally scoped. We're not processing what happened to you. We're rewriting what your system learned to expect. Different layer, different method, genuinely compatible with therapy rather than competing with it. Many clients do both.

I don't have time for another commitment.

The time cost is smaller than the time you're already spending managing the pattern. The cost of staying where you are isn't hypothetical — it's what you're currently paying, in attention, in energy, in the slow erosion of your life. The question isn't whether you have the time. It's whether you're willing to redirect what you're already spending.

What if I do this and nothing changes?

If we work together and nothing has moved meaningfully in a reasonable window, that's a signal — either we need to change approach or this isn't the right container for you. I'll name it directly. I don't have a financial incentive to keep you in work that isn't working.

I've tried a lot of things. Why would this be different?

Because none of the things you've tried were aimed at the layer the pattern actually lives at. Everything you've done was real work at real layers. Just not this one. I'm not saying this to diminish what you've done. I'm saying it because the reason you're still stuck isn't that you're broken — it's that you've been solving the problem at the wrong layer.

THE CONTAINER

The shape of the work.

A group program designed for identity-level work in community. Small cohort, structured curriculum moving through Rewrite → Rewire → Retrain, integration time between sessions. The group does work that one-to-one can't — witnessing patterns in others that map onto your own, being seen differently than your existing relationships see you, practicing new identity in relational space. Different mechanism than individual work. Different container. Specifically chosen when the pattern we're working is relational at root.

READY TO ENTER

You've read this far. The next move is a conversation.

Whether or not we end up working together, you'll leave the first conversation with a clearer read on what's actually in your way. That's worth reaching out for. It's also the step most people don't take — and the step most reliably separates the people who eventually change from the people who keep reading.

Ready when you are.
