NEXT LEVEL HUMAN® CERTIFIED COACH

You don’t have a food problem. You have an identity pattern that keeps you stuck.

I work with women who feel exhausted by the cycle of emotional eating, inconsistency, and frustration with their body. Not by giving them another plan to follow, but by helping them understand and shift what’s actually driving their behavior—at the root level.

WHAT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING

Most women I work with don’t lack knowledge. In fact, they often know exactly what they “should” be doing when it comes to food, exercise, and self-care. And yet, they find themselves repeating the same patterns They start strong, feel motivated for a while, and then slowly fall back into old habits—overeating, emotional eating, losing consistency, and feeling disappointed in themselves. This isn’t happening because they are lazy or undisciplined. It’s happening because their behavior is being driven by deeper emotional patterns, unconscious beliefs, and an identity that hasn’t actually changed. Until that layer is addressed, nothing truly sticks.

A specific, recognizable pattern your reader feels in their body before they have words for it.

Another concrete texture of the day-to-day they're trying to manage.

The version of the pattern that shows up when no one is watching.

The strategies they've already tried — and the ceiling those strategies hit.

The shape of the wanting that brought them to this page.

WHY THE USUAL FIXES DON'T HOLD

Most approaches focus on giving you a structure to follow—a meal plan, a training plan, a set of rules. And for a short time, that can work. But these plans are built for a version of you that you haven’t become yet. So what happens is predictable: you try to stay consistent, you push yourself to be disciplined, and when life gets overwhelming or emotions come up, you fall back into familiar patterns. Not because you failed, but because the foundation underneath hasn’t shifted. This is why so many women feel like they are “starting over” again and again.

The first usual fix — and the structural reason it can't reach the actual layer.

The second usual fix — and what it leaves untouched.

The third usual fix — and where it stalls.

The fourth usual fix — and the pattern it can't reorganize.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

How I came to this

This is something I understand deeply, not just professionally, but personally. I grew up struggling with my body and the way I felt in it. There was a constant sense of discomfort, frustration, and not feeling at ease with myself. Like many women, I tried to fix it through nutrition and training. I learned, I applied, I stayed disciplined—and I did see results. But they never felt fully stable or natural. The real shift happened when I started to understand that the issue wasn’t just physical. It was the way I saw myself, the patterns I had developed, and the emotional relationship I had with food and my body. That’s when things began to change in a way that actually lasted. Now, this is the work I guide my clients through—helping them create change that feels grounded, not forced.

HOW THE WORK MOVES

Three layers, in order. Skipping one is why most approaches stall.

My approach is different because we don’t start with control or restriction. We start with awareness and understanding. Instead of asking, “What should you eat?” we look at, “What is driving your behavior in the first place?” From there, the process becomes about three things: rewriting patterns, rewiring emotional responses, and retraining behavior—so that the change you create is aligned with who you are becoming.

STEP 01

Rewrite — Locate the story you're actually living inside.

Target: Identity / MUD (the subconscious story)

The first step is bringing awareness to the patterns that are currently running your behavior. These are often automatic—beliefs about yourself, habits you’ve repeated for years, ways of thinking that feel normal but keep you stuck. We take the time to understand them clearly, without judgment, and begin to shift them at their root.

Locate the operating sentence

Name the Misguided Unconscious Decision precisely

Draft the replacement language — integration, not erasure

You can't change a story you haven't said out loud.

STEP 02

Target: Emotional charge / Gate layer (the climate, not the storm)

Behavior is not just logical—it’s emotional. This is where we work with your emotional responses: how you react to stress, discomfort, boredom, or overwhelm. Instead of trying to “control” these moments, you learn how to understand and change your relationship with them. When your emotional patterns shift, your actions begin to follow more naturally.

Locate where the charge actually lives

Release the climate that keeps the MUD rigid

Compose at the Gate, not at the surface

Emotions are weather. Emotional tone is climate. We work the climate.

STEP 03

Target: Nervous system + biology + behavior (NAL — Neuro, Adrenal, Lymphatic)

Once the internal patterns are changing, we build new behaviors that are aligned with that shift. This isn’t about perfection or strict discipline. It’s about creating consistency in a way that feels sustainable, realistic, and connected to the woman you are becoming.

Encode through lived repetition

Let nervous system, hormones, and behavior reorganize around the new identity

Build the architecture that makes the pattern the default

Biology follows identity. Build the repetitions that let it.

THE SEQUENCE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

WHAT A SESSION ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

What a session looks like.

Sessions are focused and intentional. We look at what is actually happening in your life right now—your patterns, your triggers, your decisions—and we work through them together in a practical way. You leave each session with clarity, direction, and a deeper understanding of yourself, not just a list of things to do.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

If three of these land, you're in the right place.

A recognizable description of the person this is right for.

Another marker of fit — what they've already tried.

What state they're in (slow-burn, post-crisis, integration phase).

What kind of work they're ready for next.

What kind of coach they actually want.

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF

Who needs a clinical setting first.

Who is looking for hacks rather than structural change.

Who is in active crisis and needs different support.

Who wants to be told what to do without collaboration.

WHAT YOU'RE PROBABLY WONDERING

Before you decide, here's what usually comes up.

How is this different from what I've already tried?

A clear, structural answer that names the layer this works at and the layer the previous approach worked at. Different layers, different methods.

How will I know if it's working?

A concrete description of what early shifts look like, and what the coach commits to if nothing has moved.

What if I'm not sure I'm a fit?

A short, honest description of the next step — usually a conversation — and what happens if it isn't a fit.

THE CONTAINER

The shape of the work.

I offer hybrid 1:1 and group coaching for women who want to change their relationship with food, their body, and themselves. This work focuses on emotional patterns, behavior, and identity—so that change becomes something you embody, not something you constantly fight for.

NEXT STEP

Book a free intro call

If you’re ready to stop repeating the same cycle and start understanding what’s actually keeping you stuck, you can apply for a session. We’ll look at your patterns together and explore what needs to shift for you to move forward.

READY TO ENTER

You've read this far. The next move is a conversation.

Whether or not we end up working together, you'll leave the first conversation with a clearer read on what's actually in your way. That's worth reaching out for. It's also the step most people don't take — and the step most reliably separates the people who eventually change from the people who keep reading.

Ready when you are.
